Is this thing on?

I haven't been through in a while. Last time I tried to log in and post, it blocked me out. Similarly when I tried to comment on others' blogs, I was denied. But recently I attempted to comment and was successful... so I'm going to give this another shot and see if blogspot resolved its very annoying issues.
